rETURNS & REFUND POLICY:
· Please check all goods are correct and in good condition before installation, asno exchanges will be accepted for products that have been installed.
· All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase
· You may not have rights to refund, exchange or credit if:
§ You cannot provide proof of purchase
§ You have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong decision about the goods
§ The goods were damaged after you received them
§ The goods were a "special order"
-It is your responsibility to retain your invoice or details of your invoice (invoice number or name/company assigned to the invoice), as we will not re-issue another invoice.
-All returned goods and packaging must be in the same condition as they were received.
-We do not cover the shipping cost for returning goods.
